TASTING NOTES: Translucent gold, glistening like dewdrops in the glass. A magnificent composition of warm butterscotch and almond intertwines with fresh lime and delicate quince on the nose. Complex yet elegant on the exquisitely balanced palate where vanilla pod and peach kernel are constrasted by vivacious pear and bracing minerality.
